I am suing a former employer for sexual harassment and we are at the point of mediation.
They have asked me to decide what i want and i really have no idea what i should even begin to ask for.

Back wages I know should figure into the equation but I would also like to make it a large enough amount to make this company takes these complaints seriously.

Do you have your own attorney. Do you want your job to continue. Do you have retirement benefits. You say they have asked you what you want. This is often done prior to mediation meetings. What have you told them so far.
