Reply to CJShanna3's Post: Week one one overnight on Thursday
My oldest facilitates the transportation as directed by her father not the court

Week two Thursday 7pmish Sat 7pmish
My oldest supplies the transportation as well.

She has aquired a job at Dions, she is active with her church group and is qualifing for college

The children do not need the stress and are not wanting to go . He is ann business owner and spends the evennings with them on visitations and my oldest are the parents the remainder.

My point again what legal age do the children get to make the choice and how legally do I enforce the new status quo.
I have been divorced 3 years and the communication is one sided and I do not want to go to clinic or mediation.
WHAT DO I DO LEGALLY.....
