I have got a discrimination suite (Title VII and Title I) filed aganist
my former employer. I recieved a letter from the E.E.O.C. saying I
could have this by Mediation. My question is;is this the best way to go, do I have to have a lawyer; what will happen if they don't agree; what kind of infomation do I need to take with me to the
meeting and can you suggest the type of lawyer I would need?
Thank You so much
