SHE WAS NAMED THE EXECUTOR OF THE TRUST.MY DAD MAID IT VERY CLEAR THAT SHE COULDN'T MOVE ANYONE IN THE HOUSE OR IF SHE REMARED SHE COULD NOT LIVE IN THE HOUSE HE PAYED FOR 3 TIMES OVER WITH HIS LAST 2 WIFES.THIS WOMEN HAS MOVED IN HER DRUG ADDITCE DAUGHTER WHO BROKE INTO HIS HOUSE WHEN HE WAS UNDER GOING KEMO AND SHE STOLDED MONEY ECT. SHE WAS NOT ALOUDED AT HIS HOUSE. NOW SHE LIVES THEIR. WHAT ARE OUR RIGHTS.

What exactly did the will say? What exactly did the trust say? When dad passed, did the will say IT controlled over the trust, or the other way around? Who OWNS house now? Are you given anything in the will or trust?
