I have a mother that is 82 yrs. old she signed a living will that says that she whats to be keept alive no matter what. I believe that she was not cohernt when she sign it but cant prove it. I know just by the way she talks. What can be done to have this living will anolled . she is not on a resperator or any life support equipment.She has heart problem and cancer . What are my optons.

Hi,

You really have none I'm afraid because you admit you can't prove it. You might want to revisit that issue and if you can find proof of some kind...medical, psychological, or even lay persons who can support your feeling on this........you can try to have the will overturned.
