I am a widow of 3 years and hold a copy of a living will declaring me the benificiary of his entire estate which includes a 10 acre parcel of land, however, which has my deceased husband and his mother, who is still alive, on the warranty deed as the owners. My name is not on the deed. Considering time limitations and ownership designations on the deed of the real estate do I still have claim to all or part of this property.

Nothing. My lawyer just keeps telling me that the judge will not grant me to suppress the evidence. I think that she just doesn't want to do the extra work or piss off the people she has to deal with on a daily basis.
