If not, you can contact the representative handling the claim and bring it to his/her attention. Sometimes, the paperwork gets misplaced - thus, the way to remedy this situation is to remind one that it's still pending and to please take care of it. If you are receiving bills, you may wish to forward it to the appropriate claims representative.
