My husband has received death threats at his place of business from a co-worker (who openly admits to carrying a gun- Kentucky) . The HR Dept has been made aware of the situation, yet the employee has not been confronted. Company is not taking this seriously. It is common knowledge that the employee is unstable and has had issues for sometime. What is the liability of the company and what rights does my husband have?
