a person works as an employee in an insurance company. the employee is directed to show a product, the employer insists is not a security. Turns out it is a security and now employee is facing charges for selling a security without a license, a felony charge. employer has 28 years in the business, employee believed employer when he told employee to go sell it that it was not a security.
