i was advised by an insurance agent to get liability insurance on my financed 1996 toyota camrey which contained a $250 deductible if i was involved in an accident and the other person didn't have insurance due to the year of my car but unfortunate for me i was the victim of a hit and run when i called this insurance co they told me that they needed info on the other driver who left the seen and also i provided witness info stating this person name and address now the insurance co is telling me that if he doesn't admit at fault then coverage doesn't apply to me this car still has a bal which i'm still making payments on and can't drive but also can't afford to have it repaired can you please advise me what to do especially about this agent whos info wasn't advisable at all to my situations being i was still paying a car note. HELP
