Auto registration and insurance in Florida. My brother lives in NY and I live in Florida. He wants to finance a car for me because of bad credit on my behalf, however, he does not want the liability if I have an auto accident in the car. My question is, can I register the vehicle in my name and get auto insurance in my name. If my brother must register the vehicle, can I be added. Can I get auto insurance in my name only.   Thank you for yor help
