I live in NC. My spouse and I separated in October 2006. We do not have a legal separation yet. He is currently living with the woman I caught him cheating with. He swore to me that he would not have her sleep over when the children stay at night. Well, he lied. She has been staying there at night with my children. What can I have done legally?
