How do I change the birth date on my mom's S/S card,to match birth certificate.She was born before (1918 ) they kept legal birth records.I've talked with 3 s/s representatives,tried to get a photo ID,Tried to get birthday changed on birth certificate.I'm caught in a circle of red tape,and I've been from office to office 7 different times.It has my mom's checks held -up,and I'm at my whits end.Please Help !!!
