It is most true that the police or the sheriff's department are most definitely the ones to advice if there is an outstanding warrant concerning an individual and, certainly, if you have a case number, the clerk of the court can advise as well.

Perhaps you can provide me with additional information - such as the person who you are attempting to seek out - are they a relative? Perhaps you don't have the exact city/state.
