My sister was issued a restaining order from my mom''s house and my mom. Court gave her permission to contact one of her siblings to remove her personal belongings When I contacted her she said she doesn''t have any place to take it . I have sine contated by phone 8 tmes to tell her that we have emptied the house and need to put it on the market for sale We do not trust my sister because of this phyical and finanial abuse so my mom will sell it and buy in another city. We have all of her personal belongings outside he house under a tarp as she still will not pick them up. What legal steps can we take to remove this stuff, we need to put it on the market and the stuff is in a pile in the front of the house tarpped.
