No, no, no.
This, like the MANY online scams out there, is simply a fraud. I am sure you have heard of emilas people receive stating that some rich business many has died and wants to give them money, or someone asks if you can cash a check for them and keep a portion for yourself, these are only a few examples but they are basically trying to get you to help them commit a crime against the US government by getting American money sent to them with counterfeit claims.
