A friend of mine from egypt had his american wife come there in 2004 and marry him... after 1 year he recieved a k4 visa and come to usa to be with her. when he arrived at her apartment she was gone and in a hotel with another man and told him to leave b4 they come and kill him. It is now 2007 he is still in usa but has not filed any of his papers and she refuses to even talk to him or give him any assistance at all to file his citizenship papers.. he has went to many lawyers but they only take money and dont help.. please tell me what he can do.
