i was not represented in a marriage dissolution. i was told by several lawyers that i could not change that. years later i was told the dissolution could be "set aside" by a lawyer, but could not find a lawyer in the state of mo. that agreed or told it is too late. i am not believeing that. it will be 20 yrs.on june 6,2007. help. my lawyer refused my appearance court, asked only one question (was i possibly pregnant?) which was impossible and the dissolution was granted by deflaut to appear. this on is court transcript.
