Hi
We lawyers use the Martindale Hubbell legal directory to locate attorneys in all geographic areas countrywide and who specialize in different areas of law. You need an employment specialist, but your case does not present a unique situation. Unfortunately, it happens often. And I am aware that outside lawyers are not allowed at arbitrations. I have been involved with a few and have basically been in the hallway to advise my client periodically during the hearing. You need a consultation with an attorney and maybe his/her appearance informally on the day of the arbitration.
I have attached a link to the Martindale Hubbell employment attorneys in Manhattan. It's a long list. Forget the big firms with institutional clients. Go through the descriptions and choose a small firm that does PRIMARILY employment/discrimination law.
