I am representing myself pro-se in a rule to show cause hearing, I am the petitioner of the rule and along with the rule I am going to enter a motion to vacate an order of protection. do I need to file vacate paperwork before the courtdate, file it on the court date how does the process work, when I ask the judge to vacate the order.
