my union and employer retaliate over safety in aviation

I am a 15 year airline veteran in aviation. My employer and union have been retaliating against me for years now. I am trying to lead by example and I have health and financial issues because of their actions. What self help can I take legally or with goverrnment agencies. I work in VA and that is a right to work state and also a very red state not into workers. I have a comp case going but I cannot even get legal representation and I badly need it it is a very confusing case and the company has a fabulous lawyer

Lawyers as friends, the VWC in Virginia, and over a gig of emails to senator inouye who chairs the transportation committee in the senate and the FAA as well as Vosha

Reply to Ed Johnson's Post: If I can show a pattern of harrasment over safety is the EEOC interested. Does it sound like I have a case in Va for labor relations law. If so do I need to quit in order to sue. I also am having a very tough time getting represented for my comp case as it is up hill in a right to work red state and I could use some advise how to proceed possibly on my own.
