In Texas. My neighbor has given an easement to another neighbor accross a very very narrow strip on my land with out my permission. I have a copy of the doc., drawn up by a lawyer and registered in the county. My name is not shown and no where is it mentioned that I own this narrow strip. This was within the last 12 months. I want the easement doc. declared non-valid or non-binding or whatever the legal words might be. Thank you.
