If I worked for a dentist that was drinking and using prescription drugs while working on patients, would I be legally responsible if and when he/she gets "arrested". If I worked for this dentists for the last 15 years and had known of the problem and had found alchohol hidden in his office? If he/she were to be charged for harming a patient, for example, could I also be charged?
