What I understand from that statute is that a person 24 years or older would be breaking the law if he had sex with a 16 year old. Wouldn't that mean that a person under 24 years old (18 years old) would not be breaking the law if he had sex with a 16 year old? Nothing in that statute refers to a person under the age of 24, it refers to a person 24 and older. Correct me if I'm wrong.
