My brother is going to court this month, his wife left him for being drunk and is charging him for home abuse. He has thought about it. and feels guilty about it and said that he will admit to it and doesn't want to lie. What is the penalty for being passed out drunk while babysitting his daughter.

Reply to Richard V. Licata's Post: It is actually Home abuse and he is from N.J. We actually got the letter and it states that he was passed out and the baby was playing alone downstairs when his wife got home. Also she is accusing him of forcing her to have sexual relations when he was drunk in the passed. Thank You very much.
