Let me be clear...tinctures are not meant to be drunk all at one time correct? they are not sold as a drink.

Hi Ms Chase,

I am actually looking for any regulations regarding the manufacturing of healing tinctures for sale.
Is this governed by the FDA? Or does this go under local health dept, or Dept of Agriculture rules and regulations?

Hello Mama

The FDA has something called the DSHEA, the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act. Click the link for full info. I believe tinctures would fall under this category, but you can read it over and decide for yourself

Let me know if I can be of further assistance

Chase
