I have a daughter by a man that was born in Kenya. He lived in Des Moines, IA for a little over 8 years on a school Visa. He recently moved back to Nairobi Kenya. If I were to go and visit him so that he could see his daughter I want to make sure there are no laws that might hinder me from taking my daughter back to the United States?
