ii,m in the states.and i was arrested by theft by shoplifting.and i have a court day next year febuary,so i,m asking if its gonna affect ma citizenship and also the merchandise was under 50 dollers.

but i have never been to court yet.febrary will be my first appearance.but i am scared,and why cant i get citizenship?if i,m found guilty and get a punishment.
