I purchased a car in florida and when I moved to Tennessee I had a Tennessee titled issued to the finance company in florida since my move I canot afford to pay and the repo company is telling me that they are going to get a warrant for me is this a crimminal offense or cival matter and what is this warrant they are talking about.
