Hello,
My name is Steven Davis. I have been injured at my job and my boss has refused to submit to me or my doctor a Workmans Comp claim #. He also paid for my doctors visit and medicine and is claiming to take it out of my paycheck at the end of the week. I was injured in 1987 however, have never signed a waiver with this company in the last four years I have been employed. Is this legal?
