In Arizona what are the corporate laws for commission based individuals that get paid in residuals and would like to leave the company. Need to understand what options there are in asking for a % of booked profit to be paid upfront since these are monies they are to receive over a term contract. No documentation on file execpt for an offer letter that does not state info on the subject.
