where can i find sentencing results of a district court case?

HOW CAN I OBTAIN SENTENCING RESULTS OF A MCCRACKEN COUNTY KY DISTRICT COURT CASE? ARE THEY PUBLIC RECORD?

You will need to contact the Clerk's Office at the Courthouse and ask them. As long as it is not a juvenile case you will probably be able to get it.
My other advice would be to seek out a law enforcement officer and ask for their help in getting the info, since they have sources that you may not be able to get access to.

You could just call them and they would be able to tell you if you can access this particular type of information online. The link below contains another link on the page that will show you the upcoming court dockets but I don't know about closed cases.There is a link for Kentucky Attorneys that looks like it could have the type of info you seek but it probably is not available to the general public since it specifically states that it is for attorneys in good standing with the Kentucky Bar. Here is the link about all their court information for their website.

Their home page is where I found all the contact info for the courthouse itself and further down that page is listed different divisions of the court.

THE CLERKS OFFICE SAID THEY DIDN'T KNOW; THE WEBSITE GIVEN IS AS SAID FUTURE DOCKETS ONLY; I NEED THE RESULT OF THE SENTENCING PLEASE

If it is possible to get the information you seek online then you should be able to find it with the help of the two sites listed above. They both look good. The first one appears to be free and the second one requires payment.
