i was in a auto wreck where a woman locked up her brakes to avoid hitting another car,,well i have a big truck with a 30foot race trailer,and could not stop intime and hit her,,well she has no insurance,,she passed me to the right,and a car was turning in her lane and she passed me in my lane and the traffic backed up she slamed her brakes on,i had no time to stop i have full covarage insurance,,,they say its my fault,,it would not have been my fault if she did not cut infront of me and slamed her brakes on,,what can i do? if she had no insurance,she should have not been on the road !!!
