my ex and i are divorced, he has 1 child n i have 2, before we agreed to not pay child support because we both had custody of the children but now, my ex, plays no role in my 2 children's life, no gifts no birthdays, not even call them,,,,can i claim for child support? please help me?

Yes, you can still sue him for child support. You can call the attorney general's office that handles child support collections and they will start the process. However, it does take a long period of time probably six months. They have to investigate how much money he makes from his employeer. You can also obtain a family law lawyer to sue him in court, but this is much more expensive that going through the AG's office.
