am being sued for a car loan i co signed for the other person for some reason got tooi am being sued for a car loan i co signed for and i didnt know that it went repo now i am the only having my wages garnish . the other signer is not being sued because they bought the loan and said she was not on the loan i have gave the attoney of the law firm that is sueing the info on her 3 months ago and they said they will look into it but nothing has happend and i have called the law firm to get the info on this case and faxed asking for all the information on this case for about 4 months and they will not send any info to me so i dont have any paper showing that how much i owe and who the money is going to they are garnishing my check for 667 dollars a month any info will helpk off the loan   is there any way i can make her start paying on this repo i never received any info on this case untill the day my wages got garnished is this legal i talked to the law firm sueing me and they said they sent paper work for a court date but the things is they sent it the the other co signers house and she never told me she got it can they still garnish me even though i didnt get a chance to defend myself in court
