A YEAR AND A HALF AGO I WAS INJURED ON THE JOB. ABOUT 6 MOS AFTER MY INJURY I WAS TERMINATED FROM MY JOB AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RETURN. THE TERMINATION PAPERWORK STATED THAT THE REASON FOR TERMINATION WAS EXHAUSTION OF FMLA LEAVE. I AM STILL ON WORKMANS COMPENSATION. MY INJURY WAS REPETIVE MOTION INJURY. I HAVE BEEN IN THE MEDICAL FIELD FOR 13 YEARS AND HAVE LIMITED MOTION IN MY SHOULDER. THE HOSPITAL WOULD NOT LET ME WORK UNDER LIMITED CONDIONS. SO IN REALITY I WAS TERMINATED FROM MY JOB FOR DOING MY JOB. WOULD THAT BE CONSIDERED DISCRIMINATION ON THE JOB? I TRIED TO RETURN TO WORK AND THEY WOULD NOT LET ME. I LIVE IN GA.
