I am married to an alien spouse. We live in pakistan. I would like to sponser him to immigrate to the US. Unfortunatly I don't quite meet the financial guideline. I do have free rent at my home in the US. My daughter has a guest house I live in free. Can I use this as support. The house is worth about 500.00 a month.

To support your relative for immigration - you need to meet to sign affidavit of support and meet Minimum Income Requirement according to Poverty Guidelines - http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-864p.pdf

Yes, you may include the value of services you are receiving. You also may ask your relative or friend to sign additional affidavit of support if your income is below certain limit.
