I want to apply for Asylum. u.s.a, wants to deported me unfearly. Please i need your help.
Asylum in canada . I want Rosenblatt Associates to representme.I have no felony charges ever.
I was suppossed to be in court on nov 10, 2004
I never received any noyification, now they are
going to deported me on feb 1, 2005.
I have 1 week.
I did have a lawyer, who told me send some money to reopen a motion, and a notarized affidavit
explaining the judge i never received that notification.
WELL, SHE NEVER SENT THE AFFIDAVIT, AND SHE NEVER REOPEN THE MOTION.
Now i am getting deported.
Please i need some help
I am married with an american citizen .
I think this is unfear.
I need to see if canadian GOVERNMENT ACCEPTME AS ASYLUM OR REFUGEE OR WORKER , at least for the time i can prove my situation in u.s.a.

I am citizen of bogota colombia.
Please i don't want to come back to my country which i love, but we are in war.
