If i marry a u.s citizen do i have to go back to my country.

I have two small children and i need to know if i have to go back to mexico and wait for my papers?

I did not enter the country legally I came when i was 7 yrs old and been here since than i have 2 children with my boyfriend that is a u.s citizen.My dad filed paper work for my mom and me and my brothers but it was done wrong.

In general - yes - you need to go back and re-entry the US legally. However, if you leave the US - you will be banned on the ground that you was illegally in the US for long time.

Because of such complicity - you would need a help from immigration attorney. You may apply for a waiver from re-entry the US based on some circumstances specific to you. Even if you will have to leave the US - it is strongly recommended to obtain the re-entry permit before leaving.
