my wife has her intreview in Juarez for her k-3 visa, we have a lawyer.what are the chances that she will get the visa.I am a citizen ,we have been married for 6yrs have two kids,she did enter the country illegally.we have heard some really horror stories (like 10 yr ban).is the US Govnt being to harass and seperating families?
