are you able to use an issued 1099-r as a means of support along with your w2 ? and is that part of your income that they would consider for I864?Do they take the total AGI of these 2 amounts?

i will go and sit with an immigraqtion officer since they seem to be overlooking this 1099r

Dear Customer (name blocked for privacy),

There must be something else going on. You are allowed to use all of your assets, and if that is not enough, you can even use assets of other family memberse.

The form specifically states that you must show all W-2's and ALL 1099 schedules.

The 1099-R is supposed to be used.

The only thing I can think of that might be affecting it, is if the agent believes your 1099 is not sufficient to equal 125% of the poverty line for the family size (including the alien), or if the 1099 were a one time payment not to be repeated.

well here are the details exactly.my w2 is 19114.65 and the 1099r is 11132.28=3024693 which is sufficient for a household size of 3 correct?
