When we applied for my mother's extension of stay(B2- visitors visa) before the expiry of I94, we got response back that she was in violation of status due to the fact that she was working illegally by staying in the house with me and my child. She left the country immediately. If she wants to visit us again, does she need a new visa even if the current one is not expired? Would there be problems coming back with the current visa?
