I have a dismissal letter dated 10.04 and I want to include
it in a tort filing. I have additional proof I have planned on
moving to Utah, salt lake, twice, by prepaying two seperate
apartments. I was stopped. I was told by two seperate
attorney's one an immigration attorney in new jersey who
has a federal bar license and the other in new york who
also has the standard state license and a federal bar license
that the legal strategy to use to be able to include the
dismissal letter from the federal arbitration committee
is to immigrate. I have a plan to immigrate to switzerland
in three months. I will have enough time since the proof is
already organized in a notebook if a filing under identity
fraud is made against the violator if a filing is done by
June. 07.
I have medical evidence to streghten my claim.
Here is my question: Was I given the right information
to file a civil tort lawsuit under identity fraud?
The Nasd claim was filed at 400,000.00. whic
