My father had a surgery 2 years ago that left him disabled, he contacted an attorney and she waited till a month before the two year dead line was up before she gave the paper work back to him, and told him that she couldnt prove neglagence. This was in september. The two years has passed, is there anything he can do to sue the doctor who committed malpractice?
