how do i file for a divorce

i have been in the middle of a divorce for 3 years now in thoughs three years i have been to iraq for 2. i need to make it final and she is takeing her time she is going to drop it soon and i want to file and make it over soon, child support and all that is all set so all i need now is to be divoced how do i do it, i need help
