I sent an item from illinois to florida for repair. Business will not return item. If I go to small claims do i have to travel to florida?   If so what options do I have to regain my lost property without traveling? I do not want monetary gain just my property back.

Company never sent back my item from repair and I disputed through paypal. now they want and additional $25 plus shipping charges. I already sent a prepaid shipping label that cost me $56 and they now refuse to use. I beleive this company is a one man operation. Afraid to send money again and be out money and item. Would pay original fee if was certain I would receive my item. Have tried to work out mutually and do not know where to go from here.
