My boyfriend was a victim of identity theft and when he found out the criminal falsely accused him of criminal threats and now he's going to court and the D.E.A. is rejecting the fraud case because of the pending threat case.Is there anything we can do to get the fraud cased approved and can we use the fact that this girl did fraud and thats why she made up the threats on the current case?
