So may i findout if i should contact them about this matter. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Hi,

This is a fake lottery scam and they are out to contact you for personal information and anything else they can get from you. It is illegal to play in a lottery outside the US so it would be impossible to win at one if you are from the states.

These scams are quite nasty and can ruin your credit as well as make you a victim of Identity Theft.
