Moved here from Michigan. Moving company damaged a lot of my items, lost items, and still has my box of personal items - such as Birth Certificates, Titles, etc....the company will not return calls. Tried to file a claim and they said they would give me $250. for it all. I have fear of Identity Theft and they will not take care of finding my items. Plus, the loss and damage is worth much more than they are trying to settle for. Who do I contact for a lawyer and do I have a case?
