If the tenant is not using the office for illegal purposes, you are legally obligated to honor the lease. If the tenant is using the office for illegal purposes, the lease can be legally broken and you may evict him/her. However, you must evict him/her legally and should hire a lawyer to do this.

The Business that he was using was his cover so that he can obtain peoples social security numbers and other information w/o them bieing suspisious, however it has only now come to my attention. I also served his with papers (cancelling the lease from that moment). He did show up to the office even though i served him and the police did't want to hear my side of the story, not even that but one of the cops that came was off duty at the time and happened to be friends w/ the tenent. The police accoused me.
